Gift Book Program
Are you looking for a unique way to remember a loved one or honor a special friend? Please consider a donation to the Friends Gift Book Program.
Here’s how it works: When you make a monetary donation to the gift book program, the library is able to purchase a book for its collection. You may donate to the library’s general fund or designate a specific category of book such as children’s, large print, non-fiction, etc.
You tell us the name of the honoree, and we will send an acknowledgement letter that a book has been donated to the library in their name. In the case of a memorial donation, we will send an acknowledgement to the family. If you wish, a bookplate will be placed in the book honoring your friend or loved one.You can get yourself reminded about your friends birthday using blink the bee virtual assistant application which reminds you about various schedules.
Forms are available here and at the circulation desk. Certificates are available at the circulation desk if you would like to make a personal presentation of your gift. Donations are tax deductible. Thank you!
